RICK S. SWARTZ
Appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2017, Rick brings more than 40 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. In this role, he assumes complete profit and loss responsibility for MYR Group and its subsidiaries and chairs the company’s executive committee. MYR Group’s performance reflects Rick’s strong leadership as we strive to be the most efficient, high value provider to our clients. Through proven business practices and operational excellence, our employees’ ongoing commitment and dedication, and our ability to shift and grow in a dynamic energy landscape, Rick drives MYR Group to deliver solid financial returns while remaining focused on developing the next generation of leaders.
Prior to being appointed CEO, Rick served for seven years as the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, guiding the strategic and operational leadership of our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) divisions. He began his career in field operations with Sturgeon Electric, advancing into a variety of senior management positions. Rick’s vision for improving profitability and safety has led to project management and productivity programs and several corporate safety initiatives which have positioned the company as an industry leader.

KELLY M. HUNTINGTON
Kelly was appointed MYR Group’s senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) in 2023. As CFO, Kelly has responsibility for the company’s finance and accounting, treasury, tax, and M&A functions. She serves on MYR Group’s executive committee.
Kelly has 20 years of experience in power generation, utilities, and infrastructure services. Most recently, Kelly was SVP and CFO of infrastructure services company USIC LLC. Prior to that she served in various leadership roles at The AES Corporation, including as SVP and CFO and then President and CEO of its subsidiary Indianapolis Power & Light Co. She also served as SVP Enterprise Strategy at financial services company OneAmerica. Kelly began her career in investment banking and private equity investment.
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from MIT and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a CFA charterholder.
Kelly also serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Capital Power, a North American power producer based in Canada. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow and earned the NACD Directorship Certification (NACD.DC).

BRIAN STERN
Brian was appointed MYR Group’s senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) division in 2024, leading the division’s operations and growth strategy as well as business development, safety, and corporate estimating. He also serves on MYR Group’s executive committee.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Brian served as group vice president of MYR Group’s Western region from 2017-2023. He began his career with MYR Group as a market analyst in 2001, later serving as a district manager and regional vice president with MYR Group subsidiary The L.E. Myers Co.
Brian’s industry experience includes directing the financial analysis department for Pike Electric Corporation from 2006-2010, where he spearheaded the development of reporting requirements for job costing and financial systems and participated in mergers and acquisitions activities. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

DON EGAN
Don was named MYR Group’s senior vice president and chief operating officer of the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) division in 2023. As such, he is responsible for the division’s overall growth, strategies, and day-to-day operations and drives thought leadership, innovative thinking, and cross-collaboration – particularly in company best practices – to enhance business operations in the U.S. and Canada. Don has served as Group Vice President of C&I since 2017.
Since beginning his career with Sturgeon Electric Company in 1991 in field operations, Don has held the positions of project manager, operations manager, district manager, and vice president. With more than 30 years of experience and expertise in all phases of C&I electrical construction, Don has been instrumental in Sturgeon Electric’s strategic growth throughout the western U.S.
Don’s specialized industry training includes earning a journeyman license through an electrical apprenticeship and completing several management, leadership, safety, and data center programs and certifications.

WILLIAM F. FRY
Appointed MYR Group’s vice president, chief legal officer, and secretary in 2019, Will oversees a team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal affairs across the U.S. and Western Canada. He also oversees MYR Group’s risk mitigation efforts, human resources and information technology departments, and spearheads the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program. Will was named senior vice president in 2024.
Will has practiced law and served as a general counsel in the construction industry for more than 20 years and was named vice president of legal at Furmanite Corporate when it merged with Team, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Texas A&M University and a Jurisprudence Doctorate in law and engineering from the University of Houston. Will also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice University.

James Foley CSP, CHST
Jim has been a Certified Safety Professional since 2013. In 2022, he was appointed vice president, of safety operations for MYR Group where he leads a team of more than 80 safety professionals whose mission is to implement daily safety protocols upholding the MYR Group’s recognized safety standards. Jim joined MYR Group in 2011 and held roles of increasing responsibility as a safety manager, regional safety manager, and senior director of safety operations, Transmission & Distribution (T&D). Prior to MYR Group, Jim spent 20 years at Cianbro Corporation as a safety manager.
Supporting his more than 35 years of safety expertise, Jim holds numerous accredited safety certifications and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maine. He participates in the Construction Safety Research Alliance (CSRA), National Electric Contractors Association (NECA), Electrical Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) Partnership Steering Committee, and MYR Group’s COVID Task Team. At MYR Group, safety is life, and Jim’s leadership drives a safety culture of constant innovation and improvement.

LETITIA A. ERICKSON
Tish was promoted to vice president of operations support in December 2024. She is responsible for operational support encompassing estimating, project management, and system support for the organization. Her team helps create streamlined processes, technology adoption, and employee development and training.
She began her career with MYR Group in 2005 at subsidiary Sturgeon Electric as an estimator and project manager. Tish transitioned to corporate estimating in 2017 and was promoted to director of corporate estimating in 2023. Tish brings more than 25 years of industry experience to her role.

WENDY L. DAVIDSON
Wendy joined MYR Group as vice president of business development in 2020 where she drives strategic growth throughout the markets we serve. Wendy leads a dynamic team that develops new opportunities, fosters client relationships, and implements effective business strategies that respond to changing market demands to further establish MYR Group’s position as an innovative partner in the clean energy transformation.
Throughout her 30-plus-year career, Wendy has held advisory and leadership roles in the energy and industrial construction markets. Before joining MYR Group, she led business development for Mortenson’s Wind Energy Group by building on her diverse experience gained in previous roles at Koch Industries and GE Capital, and founding her own consulting practice. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

MARK A. ENOS
Mark joined MYR Group in 2000, holding management and director roles within the company’s fleet operations department. In January 2018, he was appointed vice president for our fleet team, which manages MYR Group’s centralized equipment and tooling inventory – one of the largest transmission and distribution equipment fleets in the U.S. Through continued investments and the development of innovative equipment and solutions, MYR Group’s fleet team is integral in improving project safety, creating efficiencies that reduce downtime, and elevating customer and crew satisfaction. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Colorado State University.

JENNIFER HARPER
Jennifer joined MYR Group’s accounting team in 2001 and was appointed to vice president and treasurer in 2020. She is responsible for managing all corporate treasury, borrowing, investments, and cash applications for the organization. Her team works to implement innovative electronic processes to improve the speed and efficiency of receipts and payments while reducing costs and risk.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance and is a certified treasury professional (CTP).

A. JAMES BARRETT
Jim joined MYR Group in as vice president of Human Resources in March 2020. As a group committed to learning, he and his HR colleagues are proud of the programs they have implemented to create a more inclusive culture, and further develop and invest in our people to help them reach their fullest potential. MYR Group promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our operations and takes pride in being an employer of choice.
In his 35-plus-year career, Jim has managed HR operations for more than 20,000 employees and hundreds of offices throughout the continent. Before MYR Group, he held vice president and leadership roles with Renewable Energy Systems Americas, AECOM, and ARCADIS North America. Jim received a Bachelor of Science in business and an MBA in production operations management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

JEAN A. LUBER
Appointed information technology (IT) vice president in 2016, Jean’s future-driven mindset guides MYR Group to deliver innovative, technical solutions and the frameworks required to support our success. MYR Group’s IT teams focus on deploying systems and networks, adapting new technologies, ensuring cyber security, implementing technological infrastructure, and enhancing mobility to serve our employees, customers, and projects safely and effectively.
Jean possesses 40-plus years of experience leading IT support systems, telecommunications efforts, and infrastructure integration. She earned graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Illinois.

MARISA A. OWENS
Marisa was appointed vice president of operational accounting in November 2014. In this role, she streamlines the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure more efficient and accurate operations. Her team helps reduce overhead costs and implements strong systems to best serve our partners and subcontractors and lead MYR Group through periods of growth.
Marisa has been an integral leader of MYR Group’s accounting team for nearly 35 years, managing the financial and accounting health of the organization and leading the transition to electronic accounting systems. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

JOE ANDERSON
Appointed MYR Group’s vice president and general counsel in 2024, Joe oversees the legal department and advises all aspects of the company’s legal affairs across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his current role, he served as assistant general counsel starting in 2021. Joe began his career with MYR Group as a groundman in 2009 with subsidiary The L.E. Myers Co., and has held several roles within the organization, including operations manager for the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) division and corporate attorney.
Joe earned his Juris Doctor (JD) in law and Master’s of Accounting (MACC) from Saint Louis University. He also graduated from Saint Louis University’s John Cook School of Business with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and leadership and change management.

BOBBY HINDS
Bobby joined MYR Group’s risk management team in 2021. As vice president of risk management, he’s responsible for all commercial insurance aspects for the company, including corporate and project-specific insurance placements and broker management. Bobby also oversees MYR Group’s domestic and international surety programs. He manages all insurance related claims and third-party administrators. He works closely with the legal department and operations to identify and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Bobby has held senior level positions throughout his 30-plus years in the engineering and construction industry, and was the director of risk management at CH2M Hill, Inc. and Samsung Engineering before joining MYR Group. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
