Harlan Electric’s scope of work included the complete rebuild of a 115kV transmission line, including replacement of 289 structures and reconductoring 14.5 miles of 795 conductor with 1272. Harlan Electric’s reconductoring utilized “D” phase wire stringing techniques under energized conditions.
