CSI Electrical Contractors, Inc. helped make the citizenM Los Angeles Downtown Hotel project a success. CSI provided design-build electrical construction services for the hotel, which holds the distinction of being the tallest modular building in the city.
CSI worked closely with M.A. Mortenson Company and project owner citizenM to provide extensive commercial project experience and an understanding of state and city construction standards. They also worked closely with the overseas modular manufacturer to provide design and installation engineering to convert the installations to meet government and environmental standards. During on-site construction, CSI was responsible for installation of utility services, electrical distribution throughout the building, lighting and fire alarm installation.
